Jan 2024: #1 LinkedIn Community Voice in Leadership Development!

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know that a couple of days ago, LinkedIn added the Top Community Voice in Leadership Development in my profile. 

Leadership for me personally has never been about titles. I believe strongly that titles exist to remind the person holding them of whom they need to serve. 

It is about taking initiative in the white spaces and these don't need to be the big, wide uncharted territories always - these could even be the spaces where no one else is willing to do the grunge work. It is not always about waiting for instructions. 

I learnt early in my career that great leaders surround themselves with folks smarter than them and are their biggest cheerleaders. I have learnt the most from leaders who have torn my work to shreds literally and forced me to up my game. 

Leadership is a verb, not a noun.
